Warner Fire Station
North Branch Construction has been serving as Construction Manager to the Town of Warner since 2017 on the new Warner Fire Station project. Initially providing pre-construction services including estimating, pre-bond marketing initiatives, and assistance at town meeting presentations. A successful bond vote was obtained at the 2018 town vote.
The new, $2,750,000 Warner Fire Station located at West Main Street & Spit Rock Road, consists of a one-story, 4,770-square-foot administration wing and a 5,300-square-foot apparatus bay, which will provide space to house all of the Fire Department’s apparatus vehicles. A new, separate decontamination room will be located just off the apparatus bay.
