North Branch was selected general contractor (5 bidders) to construct a new electronics testing and development facility for Linear Technology in Auburn, NH. The $3.3 million, 1 story, 20,780 square foot facility was designed by Dennis Mires, PA the Architects of Manchester, NH. Construction included a structural steel frame with metal stud infill, aluminum panel exterior siding, rubber membrane and standing metal seam roof. Sitework included removal of 3,150 cubic yards of ledge to make way for foundations. The project was substantially completed in early April, 2 weeks ahead of the contract schedule.
