North Branch Construction was awarded a construction management contract for the addition and renovation of the former Home Health and Hospice Building located at 22 Prospect Street on the Southern New Hampshire Medical Center medical services campus located in Nashua, NH. Pre-Construction Services began in November 2011. The scope of work included the total gut renovation of the existing 11,600 square foot facility plus a new 9,000 square foot, 2-story wood framed addition. The project also included demolition of an adjacent house and garage to make way for a new parking lot and second entrance to the new medical office building. Asbestos abatement in the existing building was also included in the scope of work.
