North Branch Construction was chosen Design-Builder for the design and construction of the new, 34,000-square-foot, two-story, $4.1 million Division of Motor Vehicles Phase II (addition) for the Department of Safety, State of New Hampshire, Department of Transportation. The facility is located on Hazen Drive in Concord, NH. The project was completed 2 weeks ahead of contract schedule. In early January, the State of New Hampshire, Department of Transportation, Division of Motor Vehicles, dedicated the building to the former governor, Steven Merrill. Udelsman Associates of Hollis, NH teamed with North Branch Construction for the design. The Design-Build Team was honored with an Award of Merit for Excellence in Construction by the Associated Builders and Contractors NH/VT Chapter.
