Baker Hill Golf Club

  • Post and Beam Construction
  • 2,200 square feet
  • 6 month construction schedule

North Branch Construction was chosen to build the Baker Hill Clubhouse as low bidder in a select list of bidding contractors. The main structure of the building is a Timberpeg Package which was purchased under separate contract by the owner and erected by North Branch. Construction began in mid December 2002. The cold temperatures, snow and ledge removal impacted the schedule causing a three week delay. Despite the delay, the Timperpeg package was delivered in mid February and framing began immediately. By late April, the exterior was nearly complete and interior finishes were underway. Construction was completed in June 2003. The lower level of the clubhouse includes locker rooms and storage areas, while the upper level includes a restaurant, commercial kitchen and lounging areas both inside and out with a screened in area as well as open wrap around deck. Banwell Architects of Lebanon were the Architects for the project.
