Rivermere Workforce Housing

North Branch Construction was awarded the contract for the new Rivermere Family Housing located in Lebanon, NH. This project consisted of the new construction of 2 two-story wood-framed buildings providing a total of 21 affordable rental townhouse units along the Mascoma River. Rivermere Community Housing is owned by Twin Pines Housing Trust and the project was funded by the New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority (NHHFA). George Hickey Architect of Sanbornton, NH provided architectural services for the project.
