(Concord, NH) North Branch Construction of Concord, NH welcomes Mike Pearl as the firm’s new Safety Director. Pearl joins North Branch Construction after twenty years with the Concord Police Department as a Police Officer and Commander serving in various divisions, including the Training and Services Division. Pearl has extensive experience providing security assessments, formulating emergency plans, and training personnel as required to meet the needs of the organization. Pearl will be responsible for managing all aspects of North Branch Construction’s safety program, including weekly jobsite visits, establishing worksite safety plans, and employee training.
Don Carter, recently stepping down from the role of Safety Director, will be staying onwith the company through the transition and onboarding of the new Safety Director, Mike Pearl. Carter will continue in the new role of Safety Specialist, working on special projects and performing on-site inspections with the company’s contracted independent professional safety firm, Contractors Risk Management. Mr. Carter has been with North Branch Construction for over 5 years, has extensive experience as a Safety Trainer, previously owned his own safety consulting business, and is a member of the National Safety Council.
