North Branch Completes Hampshire House Phase 2 Renovations

North Branch Construction of Concord has completed the 2,000 square foot renovation of the Community Resources for Justice Hampshire House secure facility in Manchester. The American Correctional Association accredited Hampshire House located on Elm Street serves as a Residential Reentry Center for both men and women at which they receive case management services to assure a successful return to society. Construction included the expansion of the resident dining area, the renovation of two offices, and the renovation of a woman’s dorm and bathroom. Various structural improvements were made coinciding with the newly renovated spaces. Hardwood flooring in three offices and two dormitories was restored and one existing stairwell received new paint and flooring. The main entrance’s concrete stairs were also restored. This is North Branch Construction’s second renovation to the Hampshire House – in 2009 the firm completed a nearly one million dollar addition and renovation to the building, which included an 800 square foot stair tower addition to the rear of the building and a partial gut demolition and interior renovation to the existing building. TEAM Engineering of Goffstown provided design for this project, which was completed ahead of time and under the original budget.
