North Branch Construction, Inc. was honored to receive the 2014 Plan NH Merit Award for the Families in Transition Lowell Street Historic Renovation at last week’s awards banquet held at Fratello’s in Manchester. The Plan NH Merit Awards Committee selected this project as it reflects Plan NH’s mission to promote “excellence in sustainable planning, design and development of the built environment” and embodies several of their ‘Smart Growth’ Principles.
North Branch Construction President Ken Holmes and Project Manager Rob Dapice attended, along with Families in Transition Representatives Maureen Beauregard and Darren Finch (who performed as Project Superintendent), Great Bridge Properties Principal Chris Davies, NHHFA Construction Analyst Ken Heath, and Project Architects Steven Burnell and Brandon Reed.
