North Branch Construction Donates Safety Fine Program Proceeds to Two Organizations

(Concord, NH) North Branch Construction has donated the proceeds from the firm’s annual Safety Fine Program to two deserving non-profit organizations - Twin Pines Housing Trust out of White River Jct., Vermont, and the NHSPCA in Stratham, NH. In 2020, the Safety Fine Program proceeds totaled nearly $3,000, resulting in a $1,500 donation to each organization.

North Branch Construction is currently working on an 85,000 square foot renovation project for Twin Pines Housing Trust at The Village at Crafts Hill. The project includes the rehabilitation of six buildings, including common areas and the majority of individual apartments, as well as the new construction of a community building providing community gathering space, laundry facilities, and office space.

North Branch Construction is also working at the NHSPCA in Stratham, NH providing renovations to 6,700 square feet of existing interior spaces, building two additions to the existing structure totaling approximately 4,900 square feet and completing the required site work and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing requirements for a new 9,500 square foot riding arena and 3,000 square foot horse barn.

North Branch Construction developed its Safety Fine Program fifteen years ago, with the intent to increase hazard recognition, reduce risk of injury, and create an overall safer working environment for all personnel working on North Branch Construction jobsites. At a minimum, the program requires subcontractors, as well as North Branch Construction’s own employees, to abide by the OSHA Construction Industry Regulations at all times. When safety violations are observed, it is North Branch Construction’s objective to correct them immediately. Consequently, the firm warrants safety fines for any repeat violations. Each year, North Branch Construction donates all proceeds from the Safety Fine Program to non-profit organizations the firm has worked with during that year.
