(Lebanon, NH) North Branch Construction of Concord has completed the construction of a new two-story bus terminal for Dartmouth Coach on Labombard Road in Lebanon. The steel and wood-framed terminal built on the site of a former auto dealership includes offices for management on the second floor and an architectural steel clear story with post and beam trusses over the waiting room. An initial blower door test of the structure resulted in an impressive rating of 0.13CFM50/SF. As it currently stands, the building is already a very tight building and well within the range considered to be high performance. The final blower door test is expected to put the building within ultra-tight performance standards. This new facility will provide expanded parking and service options to Dartmouth Coach passengers in addition to the company’s existing location on Etna Road. A ribbon cutting ceremony was held on November 17th and the facility is expected to be in full operation by December 1st. Design for the project was provided by Sheldon Pennoyer Architects, PLLC of Concord.
