Construction began on December 22, 2008 for the fast-track fit-up of 10,000 square feet of office space on the 14th floor at 1000 Elm Street in Manchester, NH. Construction included office partitions and new finishes. This project was constructed to qualify for the USGBC LEED for Commercial Interiors featuring measures to meet IAQ requirements, daylight views, use of low emitting construction materials (paint, coatings, sealants, carpets and furniture), optimizing energy performance with lighting, temperature and ventilation control systems, installation of energy star equipment, use of recycled materials and recycling construction waste. The project was awarded Gold Level LEED Certification in October 2009.
