Private Bedford Equestrian Riding Arena

North Branch Construction was chosen as Construction Manager for the new, 18,000-square-foot private equestrian riding arena in Bedford, NH. The structure, designed by Udelsman Associates of Hollis, NH, consists of 32 glue-laminated arches measuring as much as 3’ thick and 54’ from end to end inside the 210’ by 70’ open riding arena space. The arena has a reinforced concrete foundation, wood shingle and stone veneer cladding, asphalt shingle roof, and a 1,000-square-foot heated viewing area with bathroom and office space.
