Londonderry Bus Terminal

North Branch Construction was awarded the contract to build the new Londonderry Bus Terminal as low bidder out of four for this open competitive bid. The project included federal funding with Davis Bacon Wages. The buildings (terminal and maintenance buildings) are owned by the State of NH, Bureau of Public Works and Department of Transportation. The new facilities are located at Exit 5 of Route 93, and comprise of a total of 33,149 square feet. The terminal building has a structural steel frame with masonry bearing walls, brick veneer exterior, asphalt shingle roof, and radiant floor heat. The maintenance buildings have structural steel frames, metal siding, and membrane roofs. Construction also included a 10,000 gallon underground fuel storage tank. Tennant/Wallace Architects, AIA PA provided design for the project.
