North Branch Construction was awarded the contract to build a new Elderly Housing facility by the Southern New Hampshire Housing Services, Hillsborough County’s Community Action Agency. The new wood framed facility was designed by David White Architects of Goffstown, NH. A certificate of occupancy was achieved in early January 2006, several months ahead of the May 15, 2006 contract completion date. The new facility includes 28 apartment units occupied by elderly residents, along with community space for use by the residents and associated office space.
