North Branch Construction was awarded a construction management contract with Exeter Hospital to build a new Dental Clinic office building at 23 Hampton Road, Exeter, NH. Sitework for the new 12,066 square foot, wood framed building began in mid August 2007. Sitework included a detention pond and porous asphalt driveway/parking lot. The exterior of the building features asphalt shingles and metal roofing with HardiePlank siding. The new facility includes 4 dental offices, 2 oral surgical rooms, x-ray room, lab, recovery area, and associated administrative offices. Bruce Ronayne Hamilton Architects of New Ipswich, NH provided the design for the project.
