Full gut renovation of both Andres Hall and Zimmerman Hall including floor replacement, new interior walls, full MEP, window replacement, masonry repairs and addition of an elevator. In addition, new study spaces and nooks, infrastructure for solar domestic hot water system. Project also included renovation of subterranean student common area known as Brace Commons including exterior landscaping and patio work located between the two dorms above. Achieved USGBC LEED Gold status.
