North Branch was chosen as Construction Manager for a private equestrian riding arena in Bedford, NH. The structure, designed by Udelsman Associates of Hollis, NH, consists of 32 glue-laminated arches measuring as much as 3’ thick and 54’ from end to end inside the 210’ by 70’ open riding arena space. Construction began in November of 2011 and was completed in September of 2012. The arena has a reinforced concrete foundation, wood shingle and stone veneer cladding, asphalt shingle roof, and a 1,000 square foot heated viewing area with bathroom and office space.
