St. Theresa's Catholic Church

North Branch Construction was chosen as Construction Manager for the new, $3.1 million steel-framed, slab-on-grade St. Theresa’s Church located on Old West Hopkinton Road in Henniker.  The project also included a 2,000-square-foot rectory. The project had been several years in planning and fund raising by St. Theresa’s and St. Mary’s Churches, which joined together in this new church to serve parishioners from the Towns of Henniker, Hopkinton, and other local communities. The project was completed on schedule and approximately $200,000 below the GMP. Sheerr McCrystal Palson Architecture, Inc. of New London, NH were the Architects for the project.
