St. Paul's School Ohrstrom Library & Coit Dining Hall

  • Design provided by WV Engineering Associates
  • Completed November 2013

North Branch was awarded the Construction Management contract for the system upgrades at St. Paul’s School’s Ohrstrom Library.

The 32,000 square foot Ohrstrom Library, located along the shore of Lower School Pond, was built in 1991. Seating over 250 students, the library functions as a center for student study and research.

Phase 1 of construction began in July 2013 and involved a masonry opening and temporary protection at the cathedral style gable end walls, as well as opening the slate roof and placing in new air handling units (AHU’s).

Phase 2 involved demolishing and removing old air handlers; duct work and piping connections, and the start up of the new AHU’s.
