St. Paul’s School chose North Branch as construction manager to renovate two dormitories at their campus in Concord, NH. As the students moved out, North Branch moved into the Middle and Conover 20 Dormitories. The fast track summer renovations began in mid June. The project included all new finishes, new mechanical and electrical systems, new dormers and an additional faculty apartment at each dormitory. North Branch completed the renovations one week ahead of schedule - prior to the return of the students from summer vacation. The Middle Dormitory consisted of 20,154 sq. ft. and the Conover 20 Dormitory was 17,400 sq. ft.

This is the fifth consecutive summer North Branch has managed fast track projects at the St. Paul’s School campus. Other projects at St. Paul’s School include Clark House (the new Health Services Center), renovations to Armour Hall and the $9.2 million Quad Dormitory Additions/Renovations project which was completed the summer of 1997.
