Public Service of New Hampshire Central Warehouse, Bow, NH and Area Work Center, Hooksett, NH

North Branch Construction negotiated a Design/Build contract with Public Service of New Hampshire and brought Udelsman Associates onto the construction team as Architect for both projects. Both projects were completed simultaneously beginning in the early Fall 2001. By mid December, erection of the steel frame was well underway. The Bow site included 10 acres of sitework with a 32,600 square foot warehouse facility. The Hooksett facility consists of a 20,000 square foot office and work area.

Both projects were completed in early May, 2 weeks ahead of contract schedule. The Hooksett Area Work Center was completed approximately $310,000 below the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) and the Bow Central Warehouse was approximately $284,000 below the GMP.
