President, Project Executive
After graduating with an MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College, Ken worked for an investment bank in New York for a short period of time before starting his own real estate development and construction management company in New London, NH in 1987. Ken joined North Branch Construction in 1989 as Project Manager, became a Principal and Vice-President in 1990, General Manager in 1996 and President of the company in 2006. Ken’s project experience includes commercial and residential projects valued over $38 million.
Vice President, LEED AP, Project Manager/Estimator
Jim joined North Branch Construction in 2001 and became a Principal and Vice President in 2004. Jim received USGBC LEED Professional Accreditation in 2008. A seasoned Project Manager with over 20 years commercial and residential construction experience, his project experience includes multi-unit residential, luxury townhouses, institutional, medical, office, historical restorations and retail projects valued to over $28 million.
Vice President, Project Superintendent
Bruce joined North Branch Construction in 1992 as a carpenter and foreman advancing to Project Superintendent in 1998, then Principal and Vice President in 2004. Bruce has over 21 years commercial and residential construction experience. Bruce is a licensed Massachusetts Construction Supervisor and received USGBC LEED Professional Accreditation in 2008. Bruce’s project experience includes multi-unit residential, institutional, historical restoration, medical and manufacturing facilities valued to over $38 million.
Treasurer, Controller, Office Operations Manager
Bert joined North Branch Construction in 1976 and became a Principal and Director in 1987. As Treasurer, Director, and Controller, Bert is responsible for all financial operations. Bert has previously served as President of the Board of Directors for the Associated Builders and Contractors Workman’s Compensation Trust and currently continues as the Trust’s treasurer.
