General Growth Properties, Inc. of Chicago, Illinois chose North Branch as construction manager for the addition/renovation project at the Steeplegate Mall in Concord, NH. Phase I (demolition, excavation and foundation) began in mid September with sitework and removal of an existing tower and entrance to the Mall. A temporary entrance was set up for mall customers. Phase II, a 25,000 square foot, steel framed addition to the mall included retail space for Old Navy, a new entrance to the Food Court section of the mall and a new free standing clock tower. K.
