Multi-Unit Housing North Branch has extensive experience in building and renovating multi-unit housing. We recently completed Phase I and Phase II of the White Rock Senior Living Community in Bow, NH and the conversion of the Bellamy Mill in Dover, NH into apartment units. Completed projects include Addison Place, 45 new townhouse apartments (6 buildings) in Dover, NH, and The Meetinghouse at Riverfront (an Independent/Assisted Living Facility) in Manchester, NH. Additional multi-unit projects include a multiple dormitory additions/renovations project for St. Paul’s School (including the award winning Quad Dormitory Project), the Franklin Village Apartments (132 unit renovation) in Derry, NH, the Bishop Peterson Retirement Home in Manchester, NH, dormitories at New England College in Henniker, NH, and condominium/apartment projects at River Meadow Condominiums in Henniker (36 units), The Villages at Granite Hill in Hooksett (50 units), and the Cranmore Ridge Development in Concord, NH.
