Meet
the Principals
Rob has over 35 years of continuous experience in construction-related trades including 5 years in retail building supply and 30 + years in construction and development. Rob provides general oversight of all corporate activities with an emphasis on estimating and value engineering with all building system types, including very high end residential, multi-phased, historic renovations, industrial and institutional projects. Rob has built up the company from 1 million to approximately 50+ million dollars in annual construction revenues. In that time, North Branch has earned a reputation for integrity, quality and value. Recent projects under Robs management include:
Ken joined
North Branch Construction, Inc., in 1989 as Project Manager. After graduating
with an MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth
College, he worked for the corporate finance department of Drexel, Burnham,
Lambert in New York, specializing in real estate finance. Started his own real
estate development and construction management company in New London, NH in 1987
before joining North Branch in 1989.
Ken became Principal and Vice-President
in 1990, General Manager
in 1996 and President of North
Branch in January 2006.
As
Project Executive recent projects include:
Project Manager with over 19 years commercial and residential construction experience. Joined North Branch Construction in 2001 and became Vice President and Principal in 2004. Recent projects include:
Project Superintendent with over 20 years construction experience. Joined North Branch Construction in 1992 and became Principal and Vice President in 2004. Recent projects include:
Bert started with North Branch in 1976 and became a principal of the firm in 1987. Bert is North Branch's Treasurer and Controller. |
