Historical Restorations North Branch Construction has extensive experience with historical renovations and recently completed the historical renovation of the former Page Belting complex in Concord, NH into 77 apartments for the elderly known as Horseshoe Pond Place and is currently renovating the Adams Memorial Building in Derry, NH. Past historical restoration projects include the Kimball/Jenkins Estate in Concord, NH, the Cooper-Stevens Estate in Concord, NH and the Endicott Hotel in Concord, NH. At the 2000 Associated Builders and Construction Excellence in Construction Awards, North Branch was honored to receive the Excellence in Construction Award in the Historical Restoration category for the Horseshoe Pond Place project as well as the President's "Best of the Best", the highest award given at the ceremony. This was the second consecutive year North Branch Construction won the President's Award.
