North Branch Construction has completed the addition and renovation of the Freed’s Bakery Production Facility, a division of Maplehurst Bakeries, LLC, in Manchester, NH. Construction included a 3,500 square foot renovation of the existing space into locker rooms and bathrooms and a 2,850 square foot 2nd floor addition for a new cafeteria and a 1,500 square foot pan washroom. Freed’s Bakery Production Facility produces 1 million frosted cupcakes each day, and North Branch was tasked with working while the factory remained in full operation 24/7 throughout construction.
