Construction Superintendents

Minimum 5 years supervisory experience running commercial and high end institutional projects $5 - 25 million. Send resume with detail project experience - include project name, location, size (sq.ft.) contract value and your position for that particular project.

 
Senior Project Manager

Minimum 5 years proven track record managing complex commercial, institutional and multi-unit housing projects $2 - $20 million. Must have experience managing both stipulated sum hard bid projects as well as pre-construction services on construction management projects.  Expected to initiate and participate in lead generation, business development and client relationship building.  Experience with hard and conceptual estimating highly desirable.
