Eastman Community Center, Grantham, NH

This building replaced the golf course pro shop and cross country ski touring center lost by fire in 1995. It is a two story building with wood frame construction and a structural steel main support system.

Building features include a 2,600 square foot function room, 1,500 square foot grill room, a full service kitchen, and 3,600 square feet of exterior decks. The building is fully sprinklered and includes an elevator.

The project architects were Banwell, White, Arnold, Hemberger and Partners of Lebanon, NH with direct involvement by C. Treat Arnold and David Laurin. Consulting engineers included Steffensen Engineering, Flecchia Engineering, and C & M Engineering.

Eastman is a private residential development with over 1,150 homes. The eighteen hole championship golf course is semi-private and is ranked among the best in New Hampshire.
